An early morning plein air painting from North Lake day use parking, looking up to the Paiute Crags. My parents were visiting Aspendell and came to fly fish the outlet creek while I painted. A trail of perfect black bear prints were pressed into the fine dust on my right. It was July, and there were no mosquitoes. Perfect session.
